Here at Woodland Adventure Nursery we are surrounded by 13 beautiful acres of woodland.

 

Forest school education is recognised for allowing children to build confidence, independence and creativity.

 

The benefits of children's forest school are widely recognised, research shows that being outdoors encourages and improves physical, social, emotional development and well being.

Children will undertake tasks which will challenge themselves, ignite creativity and gain an understanding of the natural world.

Forest school sessions will be tailored to the children's interests and age. All children will be provided with waterproof jackets and trousers.

​

Your child's safety is our upmost importance, all Forest School sessions will be carefully planned and risk assessed. All our staff have Forest School training and Pediatric First Aid training.
